Description
This is our blended golden sour ale with foraged orange blossoms and zest.
The blend on this batch is just two barrels. One brewed back in Jan 2016, fermented with one of our old house mixed cultures, aged 39 months. The other was spontaneously fermented in Feb 2017, aged 27 months. The blend got a short infusion of fresh blossoms and zest right before packaging. After another five months of conditioning it is ready for enjoyment.
