Shipping Policy and Rates

Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, those funds will be refunded. Beer and apparel orders are shipped once per week, and are usually shipped on  Tuesdays. We only ship beer inside California and GSO is our preferred carrier. When beer is shipped to a residence or business in California, they will require a signature from someone 21 years of age or older. USPS is our preferred carrier for merchandise shipped outside of California. GSO does not ship to P.O. boxes. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping and you will have a chance to not place your order if you change your mind. If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available again, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Current shipping rates for our bottles are priced in flat rate tiers: 1-6 bottles is $15. 7-12 bottles is $24 and continues to increment another $12 for every 6 added. Prices are the same price for any location in California. Up to 24 bottles can be ordered at a time. If more are desired, a second separate order can be placed.

Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you will have to pay return shipping. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Curios Club memberships and beer are non-refundable.
